Civil Engineer

As a Civil Engineer at McMahon, you will work in our Environment & Infrastructure Division and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Civil disciplines. Candidates will work on Municipal and/or Water Resources type projects. On the Municipal side you could work on (any combination of) sanitary sewer, water main, site development and transportation related projects. For a candidate focused on Water Resources, you would work on a variety of projects including storm sewers, culverts, bridges, open channels, floodplains, flood mitigation, peak discharge control, volume control, water quality, watershed restoration, lake restoration, stream/river restoration, shoreline restoration, and wetland restoration. 


McMahon provides engineering services to cities, villages, townships, utility districts, sewerage districts, counties, WisDOT, school districts, businesses, developers, and landowners. We routinely provide professional services such as project management, planning, studies, design, permitting, bidding, construction, and grant / loan funding services.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
  • Entry level position to 20+ years’ experience
