Executive Director (Part-Time)

NARI of North East Wisconsin (National Association of the Remodeling Industry, North East Wisconsin Chapter) is looking for our next Executive Director. A connector, organizer, and champion for the remodeling industry in our region.

In this role, you’ll: 

• Work side-by-side with an engaged Board of Directors to guide our vision
• Build relationships, engage and grow our membership
• Plan golf outings, clay shoots, member meetings, Evening of Excellence and other events that bring people together
• Oversee communications, finances, fundraising, and operations
• Partner with schools and community groups to promote careers in the trades

This is a part-time role (about 20 hours/week) with a flexible schedule. Perfect for someone who’s self-motivated, enjoys variety, and likes seeing their work directly impact an organization.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong leadership, organizational and coordination skills
• Comfort working with a mix of contractors, vendors, and community leaders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, and Canva
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends

Office located in Green Bay, WI (regional travel required)
