We’ve partnered with a precast concrete company in Hortonville that’s looking for reliable workers to join their production team. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers hands-on work in a steady, team-focused environment. 

What’s in it for you: 

-$16.00+/hr based on experience 

-Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM 

-Weekly pay + OT opportunities

What you’ll do: 

-Assist with concrete pouring and finishing 

-Use power tools and read basic measurements 

-Load, unload, and move materials 

-Clean and maintain tools and work areas 

What you need: 

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

-Prior construction or labor experience preferred 

-Willingness to learn and work hard daily
