GIS Analyst

McMahon Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and visionary GIS Analyst to support our growing municipal and utility services sectors. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana, with a focus on GIS innovation and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Provide GIS support for municipal and utility clients

Produce high-quality maps using ESRI software

Work independently and collaboratively on data-driven projects

Utilize Python, SQL, and Microsoft Office for scripting and automation

Contribute to ArcGIS Online application development and data management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Geography or GIS

5+ years of professional GIS experience

Proficiency in ESRI software suite and automation tools

Strong communication skills and a visionary approach to GIS

Experience with municipal GIS

Familiarity with easements, legal descriptions, PLSS, and utility assets
