Lead Custodian

Lead Custodian – Full-Time | $18.00–$20.00/hr | 2nd Shift (M–F) 

AtWork Appleton is hiring experienced Lead Custodians for openings in schools and commercial buildings throughout the Fox Valley and Green Bay areas. These are temp-to-hire positions with stable hours and an opportunity for long-term placement. 

Position Highlights: 

-$18.00–$20.00/hr 

-2nd Shift | Monday–Friday 

-Health, dental, and vision insurance

Job Duties: 

-Lead custodial tasks and support team as needed 

-Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas 

-Sweep, mop, vacuum, and restock supplies 

-Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed 

Requirements: 

-Prior custodial experience required 

-Valid driver’s license preferred 

-Must pass a background check 

-Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
