Part-Time Contract Tutor (Elementary & Middle School) Appleton Area | 3-6 Hours Per Week

Empowered Tutoring is seeking qualified tutors to provide after-school academic support to elementary and middle school students in the Appleton area.

This flexible contract position is ideal for licensed teachers, retired teachers, and paraprofessionals who are passionate about helping students build confidence and strengthen foundational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring
• Support students in math, reading, and literacy
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Monitor student progress and encourage academic growth

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching license or paraprofessional experience
• Experience working with elementary or middle school students
• Proficiency in elementary math, reading comprehension, and literacy instruction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• 3-6 hours per week
• After-school hours
• Flexible scheduling

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
