We’re seeking a Parts & Service Manager to lead our skilled technician team and ensure top-tier service delivery for our valued customers. If you have strong leadership skills, maintenance knowledge, and a drive for operational excellence—this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• -Manage day-to-day operations of the service department 

• -Supervise and develop a team of diesel technicians 

• -Oversee scheduling, repairs, and work orders 

• -Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams 

• -Manage parts inventory, ordering, and restocking 

• -Oversee front and back counter parts operations 

• -Track invoices, budgets, and reporting 

What You’ll Need: 

• -Trucking Service/maintenance management experience required 

• -Knowledge of diesel repair, diagnostics, and fleet maintenance 

• -Experience in parts management (truck preferred) 

• -Solid inventory management and computer skills 

• -Strong communication and leadership ability 

• -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift 

• -Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset
