Bakery
Tostel Bakery started in Costa Rica around 2018 under the name Horno y Amor. We baked the desserts our families made for generations. Tres leches, coconut flan, carrot cake with dulce de leche. In April 2025, we relaunched as Tostel Bakery in Green Bay. We started with a booth at the Green Bay farmers market. In our first season, we sold out in under four hours at four markets. We have now fulfilled more than 2,902 orders.
Every cake follows one four-step standard we call the Pure Indulgence Method. We choose each ingredient for quality. If the right ingredient isn’t available, we don’t make the cake. Everything is made by hand. The decoration tells you the flavor before the first bite. The packaging protects the cake and feels like opening a gift.
This year, Bellevue Taphouse became our first wholesale partner. Today we make 10 luxury desserts in two collections: Costa Rican Classics and Tostel Reimagined. We serve market customers, event hosts, caterers, and restaurants. Tostel is 100% Latino-owned and 50% woman-owned.
Tostel Bakery makes Costa Rican luxury desserts in Black Creek, Wisconsin. Every recipe comes from our Costa Rican family and is handmade.
We follow The Pure Indulgence Method: pure ingredients, no substitutes, no hidden chemicals. If we don't have the right ingredient, we don’t make the cake.
Restaurants and cafes: wholesale cakes for your dessert menu.
Event hosts and planners: dessert catering for office meetings, celebrations, and weddings.
Local customers: reserve online and pick up in Black Creek or at the farmers market.
