Appleton Downtown, Inc. (ADI) is excited to bring the Light the Night Market, presented by Fox Communities Credit Union, back to Downtown Appleton to kick off the summer season. Appleton Downtown, Inc. transforms Downtown Appleton into an open-air market this Friday, May 15 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Performances by local artists and entertainers, local vendors, cultural performances, food trucks, hands-on activities, and more will fill College Avenue with excitement and fun! This event has no admission fee and is open to the general public. Food, beverages, and local, handmade goods are available for purchase. “Light the Night Market is the perfect event to bring the community together and kick off summer in Downtown Appleton” says Abby Novak, Marketing Director for Appleton Downtown, Inc. “There are so many great activities and performances that can be enjoyed by all ages. Bring your family down, come down with friends or coworkers, there’s something here for everyone.” Says Novak.
The 2026 entertainment lineup is full of high‑energy performances on the Houdini Plaza stage, beginning with Mischief and Magic, and followed by Brewster Street Brass Band and Glam Band!
