The Fox Cities Chamber Regional Partnership, the economic development arm of the Fox Cities Chamber, has released its Q2 2025 Economic Development Report, detailing a busy and impactful quarter focused on business support, workforce development, and leadership programming across the region.

Key highlights include:

  • Legislative Engagement: Two sold-out legislative luncheons brought together over 100 attendees to discuss issues affecting Wisconsin’s economy and housing challenges in the Fox Cities.
  • Workforce and Talent Initiatives: The Chamber announced Immersion Fox Cities, a new initiative aimed at helping employees feel more connected and supported in the region. It also hosted the Future Fox Cities Career Expo, where over 2,000 students engaged with 80 local employers and education partners.
  • Executive-Level Leadership: A new leadership development program, Executive Elevate, debuted this quarter to equip senior leaders with tools for strategic growth and resilience. This complements the ongoing success of Leadership Fox Cities and Leader Lab, both highly rated professional development programs.
  • Youth Engagement: Pulse Young Professionals continued its momentum, growing to 845 members and hosting events including Coffee & Conversation, CEO Breakfast, and environmental volunteering. Twelve local employers were recognized as YP Champions for their support of the next generation of leaders.
  • Media Visibility for Local Businesses: Through a partnership with WFRV-TV’s Local 5 Live, the Chamber helped spotlight member businesses like Lawrence University, Appleton International Airport, and Security-Luebke Roofing. Educational partners also secured PR coverage on local radio and podcast platforms.
  • Community Recognition: VT Industries earned Gold-Level designation as an Employee Friendly Workplace, joining 21 other regional leaders. Capital Credit Union advanced to the Platinum Level.
  • Business Retention and Expansion: The Chamber facilitated multiple ribbon cuttings, networking events, and ongoing consultations to support regional business growth.
