The City of Neenah Parks & Recreation Department has rescheduled the groundbreaking ceremony for the Kimberly Point Lighthouse Preservation Project.
The community is invited to gather at the historic lighthouse on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Kimberly Point Lighthouse, 290 Lakeshore Ave.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. and celebrate the start of this important preservation project. Light music, family-friendly activities, and refreshments will follow until 6:30 p.m.
The Kimberly Point Lighthouse is one of Neenah’s most recognizable waterfront landmarks. This project will help preserve the site for residents and visitors to enjoy for years to come.
Parking near the lighthouse is limited. Attendees are encouraged to carpool when possible.
