SECURA Insurance has once again been recognized as a Great Place to Work-certified company — marking its 11th consecutive year receiving this honor.
The certification is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey, reflecting the genuine experiences of SECURA associates. This year, 90% of employees said SECURA is a great place to work — 33 points higher than the average U.S. company.
